The app
- FernanDuck is an app for iPhone and iPad with iOS 26 or later, available on the App Store. Your license to use it is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
- No account is needed. The duck talks on your device with Apple Intelligence, with your own API key from OpenAI, Anthropic or Google Gemini, or with handwritten lines.
- If you add your own API key, you're responsible for it and for how you use that provider, under its terms. FernanDuck doesn't run an AI service of its own.
- The duck's AI answers can be wrong or odd. They're for fun and company, not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
- Reminders, events and alarms are only created after you confirm them, so check them before relying on them.
Fair use
- Use FernanDuck lawfully. Don't use it to harass, deceive or harm anyone.
- Don't use the app, or your API key with it, to create content that breaks the law or your AI provider's rules.
This website and social media
- The text, art and the FernanDuck character on this site and on FernanDuck's social media belong to FernanDuck. Feel free to share links and posts, but don't reuse the art or the character in your own products without permission.
- The site and social media are for information and are provided as they are. We try to keep them accurate and current, but don't guarantee they're complete, error-free or always available.
Warranty and changes
- To the extent the law allows, FernanDuck, this site and its social media are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Nothing here limits the rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
- These terms may change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
